Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 22, 2026

Welcome to Ibarra Pools. By hiring us for pool service, repairs, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Service Standards and Access

Our weekly service packages require clear access to your pool area on your designated service day:

  • Gate Access: Clients must provide working keys, active gate codes, or authorize entry with community security. If our technician cannot access the pool area on the scheduled day, the weekly charge still applies.
  • Pets: Friendly pets are welcome, but aggressive animals must be kept indoors on service days. Our technicians reserve the right to skip service if they feel unsafe.

2. Weather, Holidays, and Water Levels

  • Desert Weather: High winds, extreme dust storms, or localized lightning storms may cause safety hazards or heavy debris. In extreme weather, we will prioritize testing/chemical balancing and safety filter checks, skipping heavy netting or brushing if unsafe or unproductive.
  • Pool Water Levels: The homeowner is responsible for keeping the pool water level at the midpoint of the skimmer line. If the water level is too low, equipment can run dry and fail. We will notify you, but we cannot add chemicals or run pumps if water is below the safe threshold.
  • Holidays: Service schedules may be adjusted to accommodate major holidays. We will notify you in advance of holiday schedule shifts.

3. Payments, Rates, and Cancellations

  • Billing: Recurring services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
  • Late Payments: Overdue balances may result in temporary service suspension.
  • Cancellation: Weekly service is on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

4. Repairs and Equipment Approvals

For any necessary repairs, filter changes, or equipment upgrades beyond the scope of your weekly package, we will provide an estimate. No repair work will be performed without written or text authorization from the property owner or manager.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ibarra Pools is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing equipment degradation, poor pool construction, plaster delamination, leaks due to age, or power fluctuations that damage electrical control panels. Homeowners must maintain active home/property insurance coverage.

6. Terms Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Continued use of our weekly services or website after updates constitutes agreement to the modified terms.
